Forming Kingdom Leaders
At Church Leadership College, we develop ministry leaders through three core pillars: Biblical Clarity, Spiritual Discernment, and Kingdom Action. These shape every aspect of the program and define the kind of leaders we send into the world.
Biblical Clarity
“All Scripture is inspired by God...” (2 Timothy 3:16, NLT). Students grow in theological depth and conviction, learning to lead from the truth of God’s unchanging Word.
Spiritual Discernment
“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God” (Romans 8:14, NLT). Students are trained to walk in step with the Holy Spirit, seeking His wisdom and guidance in every aspect of life and leadership.
Kingdom Action
“Upon this rock I will build my church...” (Matthew 16:18, NLT). At CLC, we believe the local church is God’s chosen vehicle for advancing His Kingdom. Students are trained to lead with clarity and courage—making disciples, developing leaders, and strengthening the Church through faithful, strategic ministry.
